Socks are great...customer service is lacking

I recently ordered 8 pairs of socks. I received 6 of 8. I was billed for the entire order. I have been emailing customer support everyday for a week straight. I am yet to get a response acknowledging my email or that there was a problem. I love the socks, but I am not happy with the Hollow Support Team.
